Thermo-Craft 연구실에서는 마이크로/나노스케일 열 및 물질 전달의 개념을 기반으로 상변화 열전달, 반도체/배터리 냉각 시스템 설계, 고성능 열물질 합성 등의 연구를 수행하여 모바일 전자기기, 전기자동차, 데이터 센터에 이르는 응용 분야에서의 에너지 문제를 해결하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

Thermo-Craft Lab. (TCL) focuses on micro/nanoscale heat and mass transfer to investigate phase-change heat transfer, design cooling systems for semiconductors/batteries, and develop advanced thermal materials. Our goal is to address energy challenges across a wide range of applications, including mobile electronics, electric vehicles, and data centers.
